In addition to the technical and scientific program, the conference offers a series of social events designed to foster connections, relaxation, and cultural exchange throughout the week.

Daily Meals (Monday–Friday)
All participants are invited to enjoy complimentary lunches provided on site each day, from Monday to Friday.

Coffee & Tea Breaks
Tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be served during morning and afternoon breaks to keep everyone energized and connected.

Opening Cocktail – Monday Evening

Kava Session – Tuesday Evening

Suva Pub Crawl – Wednesday Night
Discover Suva’s nightlife! The Pub Crawl will take you through some of the city’s best bars for an evening of fun, music, and new friendships.

Closing Ceremony – Thursday Evening
We’ll wrap up the conference with a closing ceremony celebrating the week’s highlights and achievements.
